You enter the address into the booking - the fare is calculated on the spot, you prepay the fare, we issue you a tax invoice with all the details needed to keep the BOSS or the TAXMAN happy! This comes standard regardless of how long or short the fare is. No surprises and we take the RISK on traffic and road works!
We are not recovering the costs of TAXI apps that DON'T work properly, so we DON'T pass these costs onto our CUSTOMERS - we believe that FARE is FAIR!

With our ONLINE booking tool, your booking wont be FORGOTTEN or cancelled and we will be there to pick you up at the designated time and place.

Next comes the drivers - FULLY QUALIFIED drivers who WEAR DEODERANT - yeah, we have all struck that one haven't we [:/ Cringe] and had the TAXI windows DOWN in torrential SNOW storms as FROSTBITE is a better option than BO... OK, maybe some extrapolation of the TRUTH, but you all know what we are saying RIGHT?
FINALLY, we want you to feel relaxed, SAFE and know you are getting VALUE for money. Pro-Limos offers that, and with a SMILE

Cancellations up to 72 hours before the pickup result in no charge
Cancellations less than 72 hours but more than 2 hours result in your charges being held in credit to use at a later date
Cancellations less than 2 hours from original time of booking will result in a 25% charge with the remaining 75% being held in credit to use at a later date
Changes to booking +/- 2 hours can be made at no addition costs if we can accommodate your new time - if we can't, we will refund your booking
A soiling fee of $650 will be applied if any vehicle if soiled outside of normal wear and tear with no exception

Use the BOOKING TOOL to choose your PICK UP and DROP OFF addresses - know the cost UP FRONT - don't pay more than you need to. Our DRIVER will be waiting for you at a predetermined pick up point in the airport with your NAME on a SIGN - all part of that ROCKSTAR service! Even if your planes LATE, we will still BE THERE for you.
Doing something SPECIAL? Wedding Anniversary or that special night out? Book us to look after getting you to and from the event safe and sound without having to worry about one drink too many. Hey guys, we can even organise some nice FLOWERS to be waiting in the car on pick-up - what a surprise for the other half.
Please note we do not do late night pub and nightclub pickups.
In town and want to see a bit more than the city? What about a drive up Mt Lofty where you can visit a wildlife sanctuary and pet KANGAROOS or a drive up to the famous BAROSSA VALLEY for the day?
